Hybrid Director of Behavioral Health - LCSW or LPC
Overview
Signet Health has an immediate opening for a Director of Behavioral Health (LCSW, LPC) at our senior adult intensive outpatient program in Olney, Texas. You must be licensed in Texas to be considered for this position. This is a hybrid position - both onsite and remote. Schedule will be worked out with supervisor.
Signet Health offers a robust compensation package starting at $80,000.00 +, robust benefits package, unlimited PTO, generous sign-on bonus, and relo allowance available.
Your primary day to day responsibilities will be:
- Managing the day to day operations of the program.
- Marketing the program and establishing referral connections within the community to promote /foster the growth and reputation of the program.
- Providing both group and individual therapy.
Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications
- Valid Texas license as Masters level social worker or counselor; Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor.
- Experience in working with hospital based group programs, senior adult.
- Supervisory/management experience.
- Trauma treatment with EMDR experience.

Specialty medical services include sleep studies, cardio-pulmonary, urology, gastroenterology. The hospital has a long -term commitment to the Behavioral Health field. For 18 years, the Heritage Program has provided personalized outpatient counseling to senior adults.
